I have changed Accountants 2 times in the last 5 years due lack of value to the service. I felt that I was not getting good value for my dollars in a timely manner. Last year with Kate I feel that has all been remedied. I met Kate at a customer service work shop. How many accountants do you know that do that? She has gone the extra mile and has more reasonable rates than my previous accountants.
